Kaitlyn Loos [loh-s] is a virtual & in-person designer for interiors. She delights in collaborating with clients to bring contemporary, artful, and functional comfort into their homes.
With over 15 years of creative industry experience, Kaitlyn is a featured, national contributing design expert who also enjoys sharing tips online. With a BFA, she brings her knowledge of design principles, art history, and color theory to every project. And she continues to expand her knowledge of trends, products, and best practices to elevate every space she touches.
With the help of her studio team, Kaitlyn specializes in helping clients choose quality materials for their homes; in addition to hand rendering designs, she also utilizes 3D design, wallpaper, and pattern mixing.

Phase 1: Planning
For new clients: to get the best interior design results in your home, we’ll start with a Planning & Perspective package.
Ready to renovate, refresh, or reimagine your home?
The Planning & Perspective package is the perfect place to help create a thoughtful plan for your home’s upcoming updates. The program includes a style assessment prior, a 90-minute Zoom call/in-home session, a hand-rendered design concept and a take-home doc that includes a recap of the recommendations, resources, etc..
Flat rate: $2,900
Phase 2: Implementation
After you’ve purchased and completed the Planning & Perspective package, you can request a proposal from Kaitlyn Loos Design to work on nearly every element of your project, from mood boards, coordinating contractors, to shopping for final pieces, through full-service design. OR you can select to add-on the following “a-la-carte” services to bring individual planning elements to life. See below for these options! Subject to schedule availability. Ranges are included for reference. Investment levels to be assessed per project.
Full Service Furnishings & Decor
We recommend requesting a proposal for full-service furnishings and decor about a year before you need the spaces completed. Must be established client either through a construction partner or have completed a Planning & Perspective package.

While Kaitlyn Loos Design is a trusted construction partner for multiple local builders, we understand that not all builders offer in-house design assistance with selections. And we’d love to help make these important decisions feel aligned, cohesive, and luxury.

Signature Finishings Package

Our Signature Finishings service uses a unique success formula we’ve developed to make any room feel complete. It even comes with a hand-rendered concept for one high-impact space so you can see the transformation on paper before we come to install it. It’s the perfect way to leverage our studio’s talent to finally finish your space.

Get help on the finishing touches for 1-3 spaces of your home with the help of a designer and Zoom! Perfect for bookshelf styling, entryway vignettes, video call backgrounds, artwork placement, and accessorizing other key spaces.
Clients who have completed a planning session are eligible for this add-on service.
Style 1-3 spaces starting at $1,550
Style 3-6 spaces starting at $2,000
In-person styling subject to availability and your location, starting at $1,700
Get furniture and accessory recommendations for your space and a visual expression of how it will look together. All products will be linked so that you can purchase the pieces you love at your own convenience.

Love the process of shopping but want designer recommendations in real time? This is perfect for clients who want a second opinion for the big purchases down to the styling pieces for their home updates.

My background is in graphic design and project management, but although I love to make things beautiful, it’s better if it solves a problem. I like to use my tools to help clients visualize spatially and stylistically before making major purchases. I have a strategy-first approach and love creating dramatic, HGTV-style reveals for you, my clients.
