An evolution from our previous entry service, the Strategy Session, the Planning & Perspective package gives your project a compellingly thoughtful and creative start. All new, non-construction partner clients begin here. Planning & Perspective is the signature start for an interior reimagined through hand-rendered design. Read on to learn more about the first steps we’d like to guide you through to achieve your home’s aesthetic and function goals.

Process Includes:

  1. A home walkthrough*

  2. Style Assessment

  3. Live Q&A session

  4. Tailored recommendations

  5. One (1) conceptual sketch for one key area with (1) one round of revisions – presented within 10 business days of our initial meeting.

  6. One (1) color, hand-rendered concept with the completed look for this same key area.

This gives you an actionable, creative blueprint in a relatively fast turnaround time. From there, some clients take that strategic concept and run with it themselves.

*Home walk through available to clients located within our service area within close driving distance of Ocala or Gainesville, Florida.

The Curated Beginning

At Kaitlyn Loos Design, we believe the best projects start with a plan. And while we have several avenues for how we can implement your custom design, we have all clients begin with Planning & Perspective. This immersive creative experience helps us get to know your home’s unique considerations, likes/dislikes, constraints, and overall sense of style and direction.

This 1:1 service is designed to help you tackle your biggest challenges to creating your family dream home. You’ll get designer-level structure and strategy but the space to create and manage the project yourself – or continue on with full service design or one of our signature packages.

The goal is to create a custom strategy that gets your desired result as quickly and as stress-free as possible – followed by one hand-rendered design concept to get your project off to an exceptional start.

We’re confident this package will give you the creative help you need in the immediate time, and the know-how for how we can best continue the transformations in your home.

How to Book

If you’re ready to enroll for your Planning & Perspective, click the button below to enter your payment and we’ll schedule your session. From there, you’ll be directed to the Style Questionnaire where you can share your primary concerns and focus areas. This helps get more of your background ahead of the meeting to make the most of our time.

The initial session (either in-home or on Zoom) will be approximately 90 minutes in length. And the agenda includes time to do a walk through and a deep dive discussion on 1-3 of your biggest “pain point” areas of your home. Next followed by open Q&A time – perfect for reviewing samples or covering anything else you might be stuck on.

Upon completion, you’ll receive a virtual document with the strategy as discussed for your focus areas, timeline recommendations, and relevant resource links.

This does NOT include: concept work, 3D floor planning, in-person shopping trips, and design questions after the meeting unless included with new scope of work such as full-service design.
