Signature Finishings
The Signature Finishings package is a flat-rate service to get the KL Design treatment on the last 5-20% of your home’s design.
This service will make your space feel completed with 27 total new items using our signature finishing formula.
It includes:
- The sourcing of one small to medium anchor piece, with larger options available for additional fees.
- Curated styling for one key space; begun with a hand rendered sketch, render, and final install.
- Completion of one custom framing project to personalize your space and/or memorialize someone special.
- Final accessorizing sweep with designer curated pieces.
- Breathing life into the space with a new living plant or new decorative home for an existing plant.

On the custom concept, client will have one round of revision on the sketch phase before the concept is hand rendered in color. Once the hand render is approved, the design team will begin procurement of the needed items.
This flat rate service includes 27 designer-selected pieces. Individual pieces will NOT be sent for client approval prior to ordering.
Home will need to be clear for majority of install day, Designer will make final decisions on placements to create a high impact “reveal” for the Signature Finishings service.
We cannot guarantee no wall damage, floor damage, that items will arrive in one piece, so some grace and flexibility is needed to get your best results. Designer will assess any additional unforeseen obstacles on site.
The service does not include ongoing communications beyond the scope of work. And excessive calls/emails may be billed for additional scope.
